Plain boxes, no branding, no drama. Here’s how your order gets to you.
Plain packaging, always
Every order leaves us in plain, unmarked packaging with nothing to identify what’s inside or where it came from. We’ve been doing this since 1993 — discreet isn’t a gimmick, it’s the standard. Shop with confidence.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days when items are in stock. If something you’ve ordered is out of stock, one of the team will contact you within 48 hours of your order being placed — we won’t leave you guessing.
UK delivery
We send UK orders with Royal Mail. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
- Standard delivery — typically arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch. Our recommended option for most orders.
- Special Delivery — next working day after dispatch in most cases, subject to Royal Mail service terms. Order before 12pm and we’ll aim to dispatch the same day; after 12pm, allow an extra working day.
Tracking or delivery confirmation details are emailed to you on dispatch where available.
International delivery
We ship internationally with Royal Mail tracked and signed services where available. Most orders arrive within 7 working days, but please allow up to 2 weeks before contacting us — customs can be slow, and it’s usually just in transit. International postage is calculated at checkout by weight.
