The Phat Boy is a 40cm Justin Hale acrylic bong with an ice twist built into the neck.
The twist is a spiral section that holds ice cubes above the water. The smoke winds past cold acrylic on the way up, so you get the cooling from the ice and a longer path at the same time.
Put that on top of 40cm of height and it is close to the most cooling available without spending glass money. Acrylic keeps it light enough to move one-handed, which a 40cm glass bong is not.
