Do I really need a humidity pack?
If you’re buying more than a couple of cigars, yes. A dried-out cigar cracks and burns hot, and a damp one won’t draw properly. A pack in the box prevents both.
Which Boveda size do I need?
Smaller sizes suit a tin or travel case, larger ones a full box. If you’re storing more, use more than one.
Why use a cutter rather than biting the end?
A clean cut keeps the draw right. A torn cap unravels the wrapper and the cigar smokes badly from then on.
