Plain packaging, always
Every order leaves us in plain, unmarked packaging with nothing to identify what’s inside or where it came from. We’ve been doing this since 1993 — discreet isn’t a gimmick, it’s the standard. Shop with confidence.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days when items are in stock. If something you’ve ordered is out of stock, one of the team will contact you within 48 hours of your order being placed — we won’t leave you guessing.
UK delivery
All UK orders go with Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.99. Most orders. Usually arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- 18+ and larger items — £6.99. Bongs, vapes, cigars and large cleaners go Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Age Verification. They won’t be left in a safe place, and the postie may ask for ID, so make sure someone 18 or over is in to take it.
- Collect from the shop — free. Pick your order up from us in Preston.
Royal Mail will email you tracking details when your order is dispatched.
UK only
We only deliver to UK addresses. Sorry, no international orders.
