This is the grinder you buy once. Machined from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminium and hard-anodised in RAW’s signature green, it has the weight and the tolerances of a proper tool — the halves turn smoothly, the threads don’t cross, and the finish is anodised into the metal rather than painted on, so it won’t chip or wear through to bare aluminium the way cheap coated grinders do.

The diamond-cut teeth are the part that matters. They’re sharp-edged and staggered, so they shear through dry herb and leave it light and even instead of crushing it into a damp clump. A rare earth magnet holds the lid shut in a pocket or bag, and the knurled edge gives you grip even with dry hands.

Being a 4-part is the real upgrade over a basic 2-part. Grind on top, your herb drops into the collection chamber, and a fine stainless steel mesh screen sifts down into the bottom catcher where it builds up over weeks. Nothing is wasted. The plastic scraper is included in the box so you’re not digging about with a bank card.
