9mm is the top of Chongz’s glass range and roughly double the thickness of a standard bong. The weight is immediately obvious when you pick it up, and it is the reason a bong like this outlives a shelf full of thin-walled ones.
The iridescent gold finish is worked into the glass, so it shifts colour depending on the light and the angle rather than sitting flat.
The neck carries ice notches. Drop a few cubes in and they sit above the water rather than falling into it, so the smoke passes cold air on the way up. It is the cheapest cooling upgrade on any bong and it costs nothing to use.
29.5cm is a sensible height — tall enough to cool properly, short enough to sit under a shelf.
