The Gridlock does away with the sharp teeth found in most grinders. In their place are machined toothless plates that work material down gradually rather than tearing through it — a gentler action that gives a more even, fluffier result instead of powder.
It is also far easier to keep clean. With no teeth for material to wedge around, a tap and a quick brush is usually all it needs. The magnetic lid holds firmly shut for travel, and the fine micro screen separates the smallest particles down into the bottom chamber.
