This is the standard Red-Eye Amazed in a limited-edition finish. Mechanically it is identical to the regular Amazed: same machined body, same screw-off cap, same internal maze path doing the cooling.
What you are paying the difference for is the finish. It comes in black or silver, and once a run is gone it is gone — Red-Eye do not repeat them.
Red-Eye build their pipes around an internal maze. Instead of running straight from bowl to mouthpiece, the smoke is sent the long way round inside the body, which gives it time and metal surface to lose heat before it reaches you. It is the reason these cost more than a plain one-piece metal pipe.
