Description
A 7cm wooden pipe with a flat profile rather than a round one.
The flat shape is the practical bit. A round pipe rolls off a table and sits awkwardly in a pocket; a flat one does neither. At 7cm it disappears entirely into a jacket.
Wood behaves differently from metal or glass. It handles heat well without getting too hot to hold, and because it is porous it takes on oils from every use — so the pipe gains character over time rather than staying neutral. That is the appeal, and it is also the reason a wooden pipe suits one thing rather than being swapped about.
At £3 it is the cheapest pipe in the shop. Natural wood, smooth finish, nothing to break.
